When it comes to sink design, there really is no limit to the imagination. The wide variety of sink materials makes molding and manipulating the vessel sink quite limitless. We recently took on a few creatively designed sinks to review, one of which was sent to us by Kraus. Kraus is a fabulous company that keeps the end consumer in mind. With a talented team of designers and artisans on staff, we received one of our favorite “object specific” vessel sink designs. The Kraus White Tulip ceramic Sink is inspired, as the name suggest by the tulip flower. The great team of artists did a phenomenal job using the tulip as a design inspiration, but not completely mimicking the flower, which could possibly result in a cheesy, corny design that none of us would want in any space in our home!

This design, however takes the tulip, a beautiful design given to us by Mother Nature, and created a silhouette design that makes us think “tulip” without a full replica. The Kraus White Tulip Ceramic Sink is ideal to place in any bathroom space where you are looking to create a statement that isn’t “in your face”, but still bold and creates a presence. With a comfortable using size the Tulip Sink is ideal for daily usage and is constructed from white ceramic. Ceramic is a non-porous material that Kraus uses in several of their sink designs. Because of its non porous qualities, it is resistant to fading, discoloration, and staining.
